If your mornings start with hitting snooze five times, you’re not setting yourself up for the best day. Waking up alert is possible without gallons of coffee.

Tips to wake up better
Put your alarm across the room so you have to get up
Open the curtains straight away to get natural light
Have a glass of water as soon as you’re up
Go to bed at the same time every night

Light and movement help signal to your body that it’s time to be awake, so by having to get up from bed to turn it off and opening the curtains you are giving yourself a fighting chance to stay awake.
