We are a new age wellness brand that combines delicious flavours, modern science, and natural remedies to support people through life’s highs, lows, and those ‘Ah Fudge it’ moments – whether they are good or bad, we’re here for you. Why alt? Because we arent about, endless self-help enlightenment or wake up at a specific time for sunset yoga. Life is messy, moody, and unpredictable – and we like it that way (sometimes).
Wellness isn't about not having bad days; it's about enjoying the good, facing the bad and sometimes snogging the ugly on a night out in Merthyr. We offer straightforward, efficient solutions that seamlessly integrate into your daily routine.
