    For adults. Take 2 gummies daily.

    Each tub contains 60 gummies (1 month’s supply).

    How long does it take for Snooze to kick in?

    Aim to take it about 60–90 minutes before you want to be in bed sleeping; that way, it's made it to your small intestine and started to absorb all the nutrients. If you're like us, you may not always have a set 'bedtime', so choose a time that suits your schedule.

    I normally take mine when I say the ‘okay, I’ll watch one more episode then get ready for bed’ lie to myself – I keep them on my coffee table as a visual prompt.
