    We use a high dose of ashwagandha extract paired with vitamin B6. These help us support your mood, hormone function, and energy levels from day one and provide long-term support.

    When is the best time to take it?

    You should take it whenever suits your schedule or when you may want a little more chill in your day!

    How long does it take to work?

    You should start feeling the benefits of taking this right away but the vitamin B6 will start coming in to play within 2 to 4 days.

    It will take around 6 to 8 weeks to see the full effects of the vitamin B6 because it water soluble, which means our bodies doesn’t store it to use later. So give it time for before seeing the full effects.

    Will they make me drowsy or groggy?
