How to Use
For adults. Take 2 gummies daily.
Each tub contains 60 gummies (1 month’s supply).

What’s inside Mushroom Boom?
We use extracts from six functional mushrooms – Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Chaga, Maitake, Cordyceps, and Tremella.

When is the best time to take my Mushroom Boom?
You should take it whenever suits your schedule or when you need a pick-me-up!
Mushroom Boom uses a blend of nootropics and adaptogens designed to provide a boost to brain function immediately as well as support our body's natural ability to focus long-term with vitamin B5.
However, since it contains sugar, you might want to consider taking it in the morning.
How long does it take for Mushroom Boom to work?
You should start feeling the benefits of taking this right away but the vitamins start coming in to play within 2 to 4 days.
However it takes around 6 to 8 weeks to see the full effects. Most of the vitamins in Mushroom Boom are water soluble, which means our bodies don’t store them to use later. That means we need to give it time for any deficiencies we may have to be corrected before we see the full effects.
Will they make me drowsy or groggy?
No, not at all. The nootropics, adaptogens and vitamins in Snooze work by supporting functions in your body that naturally induce sleep. The aim is to get your natural sleep-wake cycle working more efficiently, not to override it.
